**Work Hours**: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 16:30pm

**Job description**: HR Manager will lead global HR initiatives. Responsibilities include strategy development, process management, and legal compliance. Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with 3+ years of experience required. Strong communication and proactive teamwork skills desired.

**Responsibilities**:

- Independent development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives with a global focus.
- Independent handling of all HR-related processes, including recruitment, employee development, performance management, and employee retention.
- Primary contact person for employees and management in all personnel matters.
- Development and implementation of measures to promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and internal regulations in the personnel area.

**Educational Qualification Requirements**:

- A minimum Bachelor's degree in the field is required. Master's degree is a plus

**Skills & Professional Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of Austrian labor law.
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working.
- High sense of responsibility, implementation strength, and reliability.
- Very good German and English skills.

**Experience Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the field of Human Resources.

An annual salary of at least EUR 60,000 gross. Depending on your professional background and qualifications, there is a readiness to provide increased compensation.
