In deiner Rolle als Rider Recruiting Specialist (M/F/d) bist du dafür zuständig, dass unsere Fahrer einen reibungslosen Start bei Flink haben. Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für eine tolle Erfahrungen im Kontakt mit uns und tust alles, um die zukünftigen Fahrer unserer Crew zu unterstützen und zu beraten.

Stellenbeschreibung
- Du kümmerst dich darum, dass unsere zukünftigen Fahrer einen reibungslosen Bewerbungsprozess erleben und einen gelungenen Start haben
- Du beantwortest wichtige Fragen zu Flink als Arbeitgeber und unterstützt sie beim Onboarding Prozess
- Du wirst proaktiv Fehler beheben und Input für Prozessverbesserungen liefern
- Du wirst an Projekten arbeiten, die darauf abzielen, den Recruiting Prozess zu verbessern

Qualifikationen
- Du hast ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Du bist organisiert, detailorientiert und hast keine Angst neue Aufgaben zu übernehmen
- Du bist technisch fit und kannst dich schnell in Programme einarbeiten
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
- Du hast bestenfalls erste Erfahrung im Bereich Onboarding und Recruiting von Mitarbeitern oder bist sehr daran interessiert

Für die ausgeschriebene Position ist ein kollektivvertragliches Mindestgehalt von EUR 1896,00 brutto vorgesehen. Überzahlung je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation wird geboten.
