About the Role:
As our Recruitment Partner, you'll report directly to the Managing Director and work alongside a collaborative team of HR professionals. You'll take ownership of the recruitment function, working with clients and candidates to match top talent with exciting opportunities.
You'll lead recruitment campaigns end-to-end, with senior support for executive placements, while maximising talent attraction strategies and managing the candidate pipeline to ensure an outstanding experience for everyone involved.
We are looking for the right fit so we would consider a broad span from a Recruitment Coordinator level who we can train and grow or a more experienced Specialist. The fundamentals are a high service focus, fast mover, hunger to continually learn and grow and an all-in team player mentality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead our Recruitment end to end processes
- Leverage and utilise our candidate tracking system JobAdder to its full potential
- Be excellent at building and nurturing strong relationships with candidates
- Partner with clients to build positive candidate experiences throughout the recruitment journey
- Continuously improve BespokeHR's templates and processes to ensure best-practice recruitment approaches
- Contribute to cross-functional and wider P&C company projects and initiatives
- 2-5 years' experience in a recruitment/talent acquisition role. This will be the core focus and we want to know that you get a kick out of placing candidates in their dream jobs
- Genuine passion for the entire recruitment lifecycle
- Naturally a fast, productive and effective worker
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer and candidate experiences
- Solid administration processes with exceptional attention to detail in creating high-quality recruitment documents
- Proficiency with recruitment databases, pipelining and candidate sourcing/attraction tools
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities and time management skills
- Creative approach to designing campaigns that attract perfect talent matches
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic work environment
- Previous experience using Recruitment CRM systems, Job Adder or similar (desirable)
- Experience recruiting for office support, people & culture, marketing, sales/business development, and/or finance roles (desirable)
- Work closely with the Managing Director to shape recruitment strategies
