The European Recycling Platform (ERP) Austria GmbH is an international collection and recycling system and supports its customers in the decommissioning of their WEEE, batteries and packaging put into circulation. We are part of the Landbell Group, which operates in more than 30 countries within and outside Europe. We help our customers to tap the potential of the circular economy and are available to them as a partner on the way to a more sustainable future.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Independent and proactive collaboration and support of the ERP Austria team including the management, Sales, Operations and Accounting departments in strategic tasks and day-to-day operations
- Communication interface between our management, the departments, our company headquarter, and the other subsidiaries
- First point of contact for enquiries from authorities and for our external cooperation partners
- Preparation of decision-relevant documents for internal customers including first stage reporting
- Support in the administration of contracts with clients and service providers
- Support in HR-relevant topics and the internal network
- Office management & facility management

**Your qualifications**:

- Successfully completed training, ideally in the commercial sector, further training in office management or management assistance would be an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable function, preferably in a regulated service sector (ideally in the recycling industry)
- Excellent handling of MS Office products and good IT user skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Reliable, independent, and careful way of working
- Team player with an open-minded personality and high self-motivation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High service-orientation paired with an engaging demeanor
- Business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
