**Ihre Verantwortung**
- Aufbau, Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des lokalen Internal Audit Teams
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Risikobewertungen, Entwicklung und Pflege des Audit Universe sowie Erstellung des jährlichen Auditplans in Abstimmung mit Group Internal Audit
- Planung, Durchführung und Koordination von Audit Engagements sowie Mitwirkung an der methodischen Weiterentwicklung von Internal Audit innerhalb der Helvetia Gruppe
- Erstellung von Audit-Reports in Deutsch oder Englisch zuhanden des Verwaltungsrates, der Konzernleitung sowie des lokalen Vorstands und Aufsichtsrats
- Beratung und Begleitung der Führungskräfte bei der Umsetzung von Actions zur Verbesserung der Prozesse
- Selbstständige Durchführung von Sonderprüfungen in Absprache mit dem CEO und dem CAE

**Ihre Qualifikation**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschafts
- oder Rechtswissenschaften
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Internal Audit oder der Wirtschaftsprüfung, mit Vorteil in der Finanzbranche, idealerweise mit CIA-Zertifizierung; weitere Zertifizierungen von Vorteil
- Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
- Versierter Umgang mit MS-Office Erfahrung sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Audit-Management Systemen
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen sowie die Fähigkeit strukturiert zu arbeiten, professionell und klar zu formulieren und zielgerichtet zu kommunizieren
- Integrität, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie hohe Leistungsmotivation und Eigeninitiative
- Fundiertes Versicherungsfachwissen wünschenswert
- Stilsicheres Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
