In dieser spannenden Position sorgst du für kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Projektstrukturen, Prozessen und Systemen. Du analysierst Informationen aus Projekten und bist in Kontakt und Austausch mit verschiedenen internen Stakeholdern. Du führst eigene interne Projekte und bringst die Ergebnisse in das Team. Als PMO unterstützt du das Projekt
- und Programmmanagement bei der zeitlichen und inhaltlichen Steuerung der Projekte sowie in allen Angelegenheiten des Projektmanagements.

- Führen eigener interner Projekte zu Themen wie Data Quality, Änderung von Prozessen uvm.
- Du bist bereit neue Tools wie zum Beispiel Power BI zu erlernen
- Du erstellst Analysen anhand von Informationen aus unseren Tools zu laufenden Projekten und erstellst Reports für das Management.
- Du bist in Österreich unser internationaler Ansprechpartner bezgl. Projekt Management Tools
- Als PMO arbeitest du gemeinsam mit deinen KollegInnen an der Vereinheitlichung von Projektmanagement-Standards
- Du führst Projektmanagement-Qualitätschecks durch
- Du organisierst für unsere internen KollegInnen Termine für abteilungsweiten Wissens
- und Erfahrungstransfer
- Du unterstützt bei deiner Tätigkeit das gesamte Project Management Team

- Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Analytische und strukturierte Vorgehensweise
- Projektmanagement-Wissen aus Theorie und praktischer Erfahrung
- Teamfähigkeit & ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
- Umfassende Office-Kenntnisse: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
