We are seeking an industry sector senior international advisor:

- Type of advisor/expertise required: Revenue management leisure resorts - specialist in (restrained) demand forecasting
- Country of service delivery: Southern Europe
- Sector: Hotel Resorts

Project specific requirements:

- Minimum 10 years’ experience in delivering measurable revenue management advisory to hard-branded leisure resorts, ideally with some knowledge of the Mediterranean market (Balkan, Turkey, Greece, Cyprus);
- Technically qualified in order to be able to assess the current use of CRS, CRM, Revenue and other booking optimisation tools, and whether any of it should be replaced with more up to date alternatives;
- Highly specialised in (restrained) demand forecasting in a hard-brand environment (not franchise or commercial representation).

Each project involves a strategic review of every aspect of the enterprise, and as such, often put forth a challenging agenda of diverse business needs. The Team Coordinator, together with you as Senior International Adviser, sets the objectives, milestones, schedule and deliverables of the project. Often, additional Experts are assigned to support you in achieving these objectives, putting together a specialised team to bring the specific expertise the enterprise needs.

A typical project lasts 12-18 months. As a Senior International Adviser, you can expect to travel, on average, every second month for around a week. Each visit from the Adviser is supplemented by visit minutes, which outline the actions for the company and activities for the Adviser to take in the time between visits. At the end of the project, the Adviser prepares a final report - not only reflecting on the work that has been done but providing a roadmap to guide the enterprise further and ensure that the recommendations are implemented after the end of the project.

Hired Advisers also bring their extensive networks of business contacts, often providing connections that result in supplier/buyer and partner relationships and open up new markets.

**Requirements**:

- Senior corporate consultant profile with a minimum of 15 years;
- Professional experience must include hotel hard-brand experience in a leadership role such as regional director and/or VP;
- You are either currently employed with a company that encourages you to seek contractual paid work on behalf of this company, or you are an independent advisor (licensed and VAT registered);
- Maturity and authority to counsel ownership;
- Are you prepared, and do you have the fitness, to travel to far away places which may not be easily reachable?
- Are you empathic, be a good listener and simultaneously being results-driven?
- Speaks and writes English fluently, ideally (but not must be) speak/read/write the language spoken in the Client destination.

**Benefits**:

- Projects are rewarded per fee day, on which the Adviser is liable to pay its taxes and social security allowances;
- Cost for lodging and daily expenses are compensated at a standard daily per-diem per destination;
- Cost for transportation is compensated at cost;

Please note:
This project has an expected duration of approximately 12-18 months. This is not a full-time salaried assignment. The adviser commits to provide no less than 5 on/off-site work-days per month.

This is not a career step for an upcoming hotel professional; only senior professionals who no longer pursue a career for themselves, but want to develop others are encpouraged to apply.
