**What to do**:
The department of Group Risk Solutions provides Credit Risk Reporting Platform (a.k.a the Solution) within Erste Group. In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a Solution Manager. You will:

- participate in the growth-story of the Solution by helping to get new features implemented in the solution
- be involved in the entire software life-cycle, where you will collaborate with Business Users in the context of ongoing projects
- work with other software engineers, data analysts, and decision-makers, such as product owners, to build solutions and gain novel insights in the role of a solution manager

- Experience as a Solution Manager in a medium sized IT team
- Track record as an Oracle Developer
- Passionate about providing a high quality IT service
- Willingness to grow and learn more about how banking data dataflows are handled
- Ability to devote oneself to a task and follow it through
