Product Manager

What would be your major responsibilities?_**
- _ Engage _and align with _both internal & external stakeholders _to define the product vision and_ transform the _customer_ interactions with Paysafe a low effort and a delightful experience_
- _ Understand and represent customer needs_
- _ Work with Agile engineering scrum teams and participate in daily stand-ups,_ manage the backlog,_ refin_e_ and plan_ _to deliver product features on a bi-weekly basis, while prioritizing _product features and capabilities _in accordance with the vision, strategy, and business values of the company_
- _ Own completely your products, existing or new, from ideation, through development, to launch, growth & maintenance_
- _ Develop & track KPI’s & goals_
- _ Use A/B Testing, analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive decision making_
- _ Monitor the market and product performance_
- _ Understand the market & trends in collaboration with the marketing teams, perform gap analysis of our servicing capabilities to identify new business opportunities _and develop competitive analyses_
- _ Be highly flexible, able to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines to execute well in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization_

Is this you?_**
- _ 3+ years of experience in product management, engineering and/or management consulting_
- _ Experience developing product(s) from zero to first release and beyond_
- _ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills_
- _ Relevant experience within _**_online payment industry_**_ is an advantage_
- **_ Exact & structured_**_ working style_
- _ Personal interest in_**_ Gaming / Gambling / Online Entertainment_**_ is appreciated_
- _ Flexibility & stress resistance_
