**Das bekommst du bei uns**:

- Dein Jahreszielgehalt startet bei **EUR 48.000** (inkl. Fixum + Provision) mit der Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung bei entsprechender Erfahrung
- Teil davon sind eine **Festanstellung** (40h / Woche), **flexible** Arbeitszeiten sowie die Möglichkeit, im **Home Office **zu arbeiten

**Das tust du bei uns**:

- Du trägst **Verantwortung** für das **Performance Marketing **und treibst die Weiterentwicklung im Online-Marketing (z. B. SEA, Display Advertising, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads usw.) voran
- Du bist **erster Ansprechpartner** für die Optimierung der **Multi-Channel-Strategie** zur in
- und outbound Leadgenerierung
- Dein Fokus liegt auf dem **Tracking **und **Monitoring **des Conversion Funnel zur Ermittlung des ROI der unterschiedlichen Kampagnen
- Du bist Teil unseres kleinen, aber feinen** Marketing Teams** und arbeitest eng mit Sales, Customer Success und Product Development

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Du hast bereits** einschlägige Berufserfahrungen** im Bereich Performance Marketing, Online-Marketing, Lead Generation, Growth Hacking o. Ä. gesammelt
- Du bringst** fundierte Kenntnisse** im Umgang mit **Marketing Tools** (z. B. Paid Ads, Social Media, Newsletter, Google, CRM System etc.) mit
- Du hast eine **Leidenschaft** für die **Optimierung** von bestehenden Kampagnen sowie für Trial-and-Error von **innovativen neuen Kampagnen** und Maßnahmen als SCRUM-Projekte
- Zusätzlich bringst du ein** schnelles Verständnis** für die Bedürfnisse unserer KundInnen im HR-Bereich und eine Darstellung des Problem-Solution-Fits mit
