**YOUR TASKS**
- Further development of Group wide ESG Management with focus on environmental activities
- Development & Implementation of the ESG strategy
- Responsible for the creation and further development of the sustainability report with focus on CSRD reporting & EU taxonomy
- Central point of contact for internal requests regarding ESG & sustainability
- Responsible for the coordination of external requests and delegation the respective responsible areas
- Project Lead for internal ESG projects & initiatives

**YOUR PROFILE**
- You hold a degree and/or specific training related to ESG and have a track record in ESG & sustainability
- Sustainability reporting, and respective regulatory requirements (EU taxonomy, CSRD) are well-known to you
- It is important to you to make a personal contribution and make your employer a better one. Through commitment and your distinctive hands-on mentality, you drive your topics to closure
- You are a self-driven individual with a high degree of self responsibility - you enjoy working in a structured and analytical way
- You have experience in project management and you enjoy working across various areas inspiring your peers
- You possess excellent communication skills on all levels and are fluent in English (german language skills are an asset)
