Procurement Supplier Key Account Manager Mechanics

**Location: Austria, Brunn/Gebirge**:
**In this success-critical position, you will play a pivotal role in the transformation process of our procurement team. With your knowledge and passion for Supplier Key Account Management you will be a valuable asset for our Procurement Team.**

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers and strategic partners, serving as their primary point of contact
- Own and manage the full Supplier Life Cycle, - Performance, - Quality, and - Relationship Management.
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans and conduct regular business reviews with suppliers
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual agreements
- Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions in collaboration with the procurement team
- Collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Prepare and present reports to internal stakeholders and act upon joint agreements
- Provide exceptional supplier service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues and coordinating with internal teams
- Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from suppliers, contributing to the development of new products/services
- Act as an interface between suppliers and other departments

**Your Qualifications**:

- Technical and/or business education (HTL/Uni/FH)
- Al least 10 years of experience in a similar position in the manufacturing industry, preferably in a high-tech environment
- At least 10 years of Supplier Quality, Performance and Relationship Management
- In-depth knowledge of strategic procurement and key account management
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial, solution oriented, empathetic and sensitive facilitation
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 5 days per month
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
