**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sie entwickeln und implementieren Social-Media-Strategien und -Kampagnen und sind für die Planung, Koordination und Analyse von Social-Media-Aktivitäten verantwortlich.
- Sie arbeiten daran, Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen und zu pflegen und analysieren das Kundenfeedback.
- Sie fördern die Entwicklung der Mitarbeiter:innen innerhalb Ihres Teams.
- Sie sind verantwortlich für das Social-Media-Budget sowie die Ressourcenplanung.

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position.
- Sie haben ein breites Verständnis für diverse Social-Media-Plattformen und -Tools.
- Sie entwickeln gerne neue Ideen und Konzepte und bringen diese zur Umsetzung.
- Sie verfügen über gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie einen selbstständigen und organisierten Arbeitsstil.
