**Your mission**
As a** Product Owner,** your mission is to prioritise and develop product features that address regulatory, compliance and operational requirements. You will work across multiple teams, manage the product backlog, monitor impact metrics, coordinate with stakeholders, and stay up-to-date with industry trends. **What you'll do**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and prioritise product features that address compliance, regulatory and legal related requirements, such as KYC/AML, data privacy, and regulatory reporting
- Work closely with Compliance & Operations to ensure efficient and effective processes are in place for compliance-related tasks, such as accounts onboarding, transaction monitoring, proof of funds processes, reporting to regulators in the specified format and 3rd party integrations
- Work closely with the engineering team to define and document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring that all stakeholder considerations are incorporated into the product design and development process
- Own the product development from conception to launch which includes writing detailed and technical requirements for the engineering team
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders about product features, roadmap, and compliance-related matters, and participate in cross-functional meetings and presentations as needed
- Monitor and report on product-related metrics, such as customer verification completion rates, suspicious activity report filings, and any failures within the systems, and use this data to inform product decisions and improvement
- Continuously seek feedback from internal stakeholders and customers to ensure that the product is meeting their needs and expectations, and incorporate this feedback into the product roadmap and backlog as appropriate
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory developments, and use this knowledge to inform product decisions and strategies

**Who are you**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, economics, or law
- 2-3 years of experience as a product owner or related role, with a focus on compliance, operations, and regulatory reporting, ideally in the crypto or financial services industry
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, legal, and compliance, to develop and prioritise product features
- Experience using agile methodologies to manage the product delivery process, including creating and managing product backlogs, defining user stories and acceptance criteria, and conducting sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex compliance and regulatory concepts to a variety of stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and precision
- Familiarity with tools, such as Jira, Confluence, Shortcut, Miro, and Figma

**Nice to haves**
- Knowledge of the crypto/financial services industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the crypto or financial services industry, such as KYC/AML, data privacy, and reporting
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data and metrics to drive product decisions and improvements
- An entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to embrace a dynamic and ever changing environment with a passion for investing and cryptocurrencies

**Additional Information**
- Experience in cryptocurrency highly beneficial

- This is not a 9-5 role - it is a fast paced environment
