**Asset Management Specialist (f/m/d), Kundl, Tyrol, Austria**

1000 That is approximately the total number of investment projects per year executed in Kundl and Schaftenau, all of which require correct asset accounting. In total, more than 40,000 assets are available on the Kundl/Schaftenau site. This role helps to ensure a high data quality in terms of asset accounting. Close collaboration with the whole engineering community is part of this role. The asset tagging process, which this role will support, represents an innovative solution for physical asset counting.**Your key responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work with direct managers to support financial activities, decision making and general projects
- Provide timely, proactive support on the general ledger
- Maintain accurate and timely fixed asset information in the fixed asset register including assets under construction and depreciation calculations
- Prepare analysis or reporting with particular emphasis on accuracy, compliance and timeliness of data provided (i.e.: reports on profit and loss activity)
- Provide all data needed for internal (Financial Consolidation and Reporting System) and external reporting (including statutory accounts, national statistics, and tax information) in a timely and accurate manner
- Provides ‘first line support’ on SAP issues including fixed assets, cash and general ledger
- Contribute to FRA projects at country or BU level
- Support of full Asset Management process with main focus on capitalization
- Support of asset tagging and physical inventory counting

**Minimum requirements**

**What you’ll bring to the role**:
**Essential**:

- Education: HTL / or business academy with focus on finance, accountancy, Certified Public Accountant/Chartered Accountant and/or comparable business experience; Lean Six Sigma Certificate preferred
- Professional experience in financial and management reporting, compliant financial and technical accounting
- German and English fluently
- Experience SAP and Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-national organization and under time constraints

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is €49,804.58 per year (on a full-time basis).
