In deiner Rolle als **Senior Process Expert Service (w/m/d) für die Prozesse Customer Support, Field Service und Workshop**, trägst du durch die Optimierung, Standardisierung und Weiterentwicklung dieser Prozesse maßgeblich dazu bei, die Kundenzufriedenheit weltweit zu steigern und damit langfristige Kundenbindungen zu schaffen und zu festigen.

**IHR AUFGABENBEREICH**:

- Analyse, Definition, Standardisierung und Dokumentation der globalen Customer Support-, Field Service
- und Workshop-Prozesse
- Evaluierung und Priorisierung von Anforderungen aus den unterschiedlichen Service-Bereichen
- Überwachung der durch interne und externe Dienstleister durchgeführten Umsetzung
- Co-Projektleitung eines globalen CRM-Field-Service-Projekts
- Koordination und Unterstützung der Prozessexperten-Organisation
- Unterstützung des Process Owner und des Senior Process & Data Manager in Prozessmanagement und Strategieentwicklung
- Unterstützung weltweiter CRM- und SAP-Einführungen durch die Durchführung von Schulungen, sowie durch Mitarbeit in der Vor
- und Nachbereitungsphase
- Mitarbeit im Aufbau einer Wissensdatenbank für interne und externe Service-Techniker
- Modellierung und Wartung von Prozessdokumentationen (BPMN) und Schulungsunterlagen
- Definition und Überwachung benötigter Prozess-KPIs
- Unterstützung beim Trouble Shooting für Service-Einheiten

**IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN**:

- Abgeschlossene technische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung
- Erfahrung in Kundensupport-Prozessen
- Erfahrung in Field Service
- und Werkstatt-Prozessen wünschenswert
- Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen, vorzugsweise Microsoft Dynamics, sowie deren Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung
- Erfahrung mit ERP-System (vorzugsweise SAP) wünschenswert
- Hohes Interesse an Konzeption und Umsetzung neuer Prozesse und Lösungen
- Kenntnisse im Projekt
- und Prozessmanagement wünschenswert
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches und konzeptionelles Denken sowie Koordinations
- und Organisationsgeschick
- Sehr gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse
- Möglichkeit und Bereitschaft, bei Bedarf zu lokalen Einheiten (weltweit) zu reisen

Wir bieten ein attraktives und leistungsbezogenes Gehalt, das sich an Ihrer Qualifikation und Ihrer Berufserfahrung orientiert und das für diese Position deutlich über dem Kollektivvertrag liegen kann (KV-Minimum auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung ist EUR 41.390,02 brutto pro Jahr).
