Für unser Büro in Wien suchen wir ab Februar 2024 in Vollzeit für 6 Monate eine:n neugierige:n, motivierte:n und kreative:n Intern (w/m/x) zur Unterstützung im Bereich Human Resources.

Wie Deine Aufgaben bei uns aussehen

Im Rahmen Deines Praktikums unterstützt Du tatkräftig das HR-Team insbesondere in folgenden Bereichen:

- Unterstützung im Personalmarketing & Recruiting
- Eventorganisation
- Betreuung und kreative Weiterentwicklung unserer Social Media Accounts
- Mitarbeit im gesamten Employee Lifecycle und Übernahme von Verantwortung für kleinere eigene Betreuungsbereiche
- Mitarbeit an spannenden HR-Projekten
- Recherchen und Analysen zu aktuellen Personalthemen und Trends

Was Du mitbringen solltest
- Du brennst für HR Themen und möchtest einen umfassenden Einblick in vielfältige HR Themen erhalten
- Du bist mindestens im 4. Semester Deines HR-, Wirtschaftswissenschaften-, Psychologie
- oder anderen relevanten Studiums
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Personalbereich durch Praktika
- Du bist Social Media affin bzw. bringst im Optimalfall sogar Vorerfahrung im Social Media Management mit
- Du beherrschst den Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Programmen, vor allem mit Excel
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Verschwiegenheit sowie Sorgfalt und Selbstständigkeit sind für Dich selbstverständlich - außerdem arbeitest Du gerne im Team und bist kreativ
- Was wir Dir bieten
- Dich erwartet ein Praktikum mit abwechslungsreichen und herausfordernden Aufgaben, bei dem Du die gesamte Bandbreite der HR-Arbeit kennenlernst.
- Hinweis gem - 9 GlBG: Als Mindestgrundlage für die Vereinbarung des Entgelts (mit der Möglichkeit der Überzahlung) ist ein Brutto-Monatsgehalt in der Höhe von EUR 1.700;
- vorgesehen.
