We are seeking an intern to join our Compliance & Licensing team this summer to assist with a variety of projects under the guidance of the Managing Director. This internship offers full-time involvement during the summer period, presenting an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in our dynamic organization.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with experienced members of the Compliance and Licensing teams.
  • Collaborate with various departments within Entain's Compliance and Licensing teams for hands-on experience.
  • Develop an understanding of compliance and licensing risks and mitigation procedures.
  • Support in executing department-specific tasks and initiatives under supervision.
  • Acquire knowledge of the gambling industry while working for a leading operator.
  • Aid in the preparation of internal and external reports for regulators and authorities.
  • Assist in monitoring and testing regulatory requirements while enhancing department processes.
  • Support regulatory requirements and projects, including new regulations and internal initiatives.
  • Handle day-to-day license applications within selected jurisdictions.
  • Provide corporate information to other departments, including responding to Know Your Customer and due diligence requests.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled or recently graduated in Law or Business studies.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen interest in entertainment, compliance, and business.
  • Skilled at simplifying complex regulations for better business comprehension.
  • Enjoy working with diverse teams and possess a strong willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills in English.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines efficiently.
