Procurement and Purchasing Specialist in Space

The unique, modular solution we offer brings high performance at low cost to satellite manufacturers, fostering the democratization of space and enabling the exploration and exploitation of the solar system, positioning ENPULSION at the very heart of the New Space era.We are currently seeking for a motivated employee for our Team, who will take over the duties and responsibilities of the following position: 1 PROCUREMENT AND PURCHASING SPECIALIST IN SPACE INDUSTRY (M/F/x) Who can apply: Experienced professionalType of contract: Full time position; 38.5 hours/weekJob Description: Your main responsibility will be procurement and purchasing of mostly technical equipment for the production of our satellite-thrusters and overseeing all related aspects including: » Negotiations with suppliers» Creating of and follow up on active purchase orders» Supplier quality development» Support of other departments in regards of procurement topics» Creation of NDAs and other topics» Maintenance of the KANBAN system» Invoice control» Support of project management tasks» Prepare and organize shipments» Self-sufficient execution of Procurement Projects» Reporting and monitoring of KPIs» Monitoring and procurement of AB-partsYour qualifications: Academic education in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar. Professional experience related to procurement and purchasing.» Experience with electronics is desirable» Experience with procurement and purchase» Solid knowledge of written and spoken English skills are required» Proactive, disciplined and motivated way of independent working» Passionate about being part of a fast-growing businessWhat we offer: We are a young and international team with a passion for what we do.
