Für die Leitung unserer Manpower Niederlassung Wien suchen wir eine Führungspersönlichkeit mit Leidenschaft für anspruchsvolle Personaldienstleistung & Vertrieb.
- Aufgaben
- Steuerung aller kaufmännischen und personellen Aktivitäten der Niederlassung
- Vertriebsorientierte Teamführung & Teamentwicklung
- Mitarbeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft (z.B. Neukundenakquise, persönliche Kundenbetreuung)
- Sicherstellung einer exzellenten Dienstleistungserbringung durch das Team
- Souveräne:r Ansprechpartner:in für komplexe Dienstleistungslösungen und anspruchsvolle Preisverhandlungen
- Regelmäßige Kontaktpflege zu Kunden, Geschäftspartnern und im öffentlich/kommunalen Bereich
- Verantwortung für den Aus
- und Aufbau bestehender sowie neuer Geschäftsbeziehungen

Anforderungen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene, fundierte wirtschaftliche od. technische Ausbildung (z.B. Uni, FH, HTL)
- Mehrjährige Vertriebs
- und Führungserfahrung im Personaldienstleistungsbereich (kaufm. und gewerbliches Personal)
- Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Arbeitsrecht (z.B. AKÜ) und Bewerbermanagement
- Gute Englisch - und MS-Office Kenntnisse, Führerschein B
- Teamgeist, Motivation zur ständigen beruflichen Weiterentwicklung, hohes Engagement und Kommunikationsstärke
