As a leading company in the industry, the AUSTRIA JUICE Group is appreciated by customers for its expertise in the development of innovative beverage concepts and high-quality food & beverage ingredients.
For our location in Kroellendorf (Allhartsberg, Lower Austria) we are looking for a motivated personality ready to join our Compound development department as Compound Development Professional (M/F/d) as full time employee.
Your responsibilities:
- Development of beverages and beverage bases for non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, on a juice and emulsion basis and with stabilisers
- Performance and evaluation of stability tests
- Elaboration and preparation of recipes
- Technical advice and problem solving for customers
- Technological testing and evaluation of new raw materials
- Development of new product concepts and ideas
- Carrying out and evaluating internal sensory tastings
Your profile:
- Degree in the field of food and/or beverage technology and/or 2-4 years of experience in the development of beverage bases or comparable training
- Knowledge of food law and microbiology
- Experience in the field of emulsion technology and in turbidity-stable products
- Creative, able to work under pressure, communicative and enjoys teamwork
- Very good command of English

- Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 30.067,24 gross per year. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries.
