Für den Standort Wien suchen wir Dich als **Director People (m/w/d)** für 40h/Woche:
**Was erwartet Dich?**
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für das People Department: Talent Acquisition, Human Resources und Office Management bei mjam
- Du hast die fachliche Verantwortung über die gesamte People-Abteilung sowie Führungsverantwortung für ca. 10-12 Mitarbeiter
- Du gehst vorausschauend auf deine Stakeholder zu: das Management Team (C-Level) sowie unsere Manager und Mitarbeiter
- Als Department Lead erfüllst Du strategische Ziele, reportest und optimierst KPIs
- Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team bringst Du Projekte für Themen wie Home Office Policy und Employer Branding voran
- und Offboarding
- Du kümmerst Dich um die Personalentwicklung und interessante Benefits für unsere Mitarbeiter

**Was solltest Du mitbringen?**
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und Mitarbeiter*innen
- Universitäts-/FH-Abschluss in einem relevantem Fach
- Umfassende Erfahrung im Bereich Human Resources, insbesondere in Bezug auf Themen wie Arbeitsrecht, Worker Safety und Compliance
- Fließende Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Du fühlst Dich am wohlsten in einem dynamischen und innovativen Arbeitsumfeld
