Als Team Lead-Automation Systems & Solution übernehmen Sie die Leitung eines Teams von 7 Mitarbeitern, indem Sie technische und persönliche Unterstützung, Struktur und eine klare Vision bieten. Sie koordinieren und überwachen die Verfügbarkeit der Automatisierungssysteme, sowie einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Projekte.

**Das bewirken Sie**:

- Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeiter*innen des Automation System & Solution Teams
- Sicherstellung einer erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Projekten als Projektleiter, Projekttechniker und Fachexperte (SME) im Bereich Automation Engineering
- Verantwortlich über die technische Verfügbarkeit aller OT-Automatisierungssysteme im GxP Umfeld wie Prozessequipment, SPS/HMIs, PCS7, Datenintegrität usw.
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung, Standardisierung und Know-How Management
- Unterstützung von Process Engineers/Maintenance bei der Analyse und Lösung komplexer Automatisierungs
- und OT-Herausforderungen
- Gutes Stakeholder Management

**Dafür bringen Sie mit**:

- Uni, FH oder HTL im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik bzw. Elektrotechnik, Mess
- und Regeltechnik bzw. IT
- Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Automatisierung, sowie Pharmaindustrie (GxP) in einer Führungsposition
- Hohe Sozialkompetenz und lösungsorientiertes Denken sowie eine strukturierte Herangehensweise
- Erfahrung in Projektierung von OT Netzwerken, Prozessleitsystemen, Steuerungs-/SPS-Technik und SCADA-Systemen (z.B. Simatic PCS7) von Vorteil
- Erfahrung mit Projektabwicklung im Bereich Automation
- IT-Kenntnisse (Ethernet, Virtualisierung, Windows-Systeme, )
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
