**Plant Engineering is a part of NCE (Northern & Central Europe) and supports the organization in installing and servicing a great number of SCADA systems, controlling medium and large sized wind power plants. Our job is to turn a bunch of wind turbines into a power plant, according to contractual and regional requirements.**
**Our customers can mainly be found among larger power supply companies and professional investors.**

**The Working Student supports the department to facilitate growth, development and changes. This will take place in close teamwork with the team and other relevant departments and stakeholders inside Vestas.**

**Responsibilities**
- Supporting the Plant Engineering Team during strategy/process implementation, e.g. with data analysis, action logs, etc.
- Assisting with administrative tasks as meeting preparation and post-processing support
- Further improving and developing of document management to share information and learnings across the different modules
- Using data analytics: regularly collect and distribute knowledge of best practices on procedures, processing data and data maintenance
- Support on organizational tasks
- Working in an innovative team and assisting in short-term tasks
- The possibility to support/lead small projects within the Plant Engineering Team

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor or Master Student with economic or technical background
- Advanced skills within MS Office (especially Excel and Power-Point)
- Experience within management reporting or data analysis is beneficial
- Project Management/Assistance skills are seen beneficial
- First working experience as Student Worker or during internships

**Competencies**
- Excitement about renewable energy
- Positive and motivated approach with the ability to work with limited supervision
- Structured working method, high organizational capabilities, and a willingness to learn
- Communicative person, both in German and English
- Good analytical skills and understanding of numbers with attention to detail
