**The Operations Data Excellence of Red Bull takes place centrally in Salzburg with the primary focus of developing the strategic aspects of Data Management within Operations.**
This position has to establish and enable a strong and viable global Data Model and Master Data Governance framework within Red Bull Operations. You'll be responsible for developing a data model and monitoring data quality and providing data quality solutions to address global data issues. You and the team are part of the Operations Excellence department and are involved in all cross functional data projects of Operations.

**#OPS DATA MODEL**
You'll develop and contribute to a structured and transparent approach of a data model for Operations where the dependencies, definitions and responsibilities of all data fields are summarized

**#MASTER DATA GOVERNANCE**
You'll work on the further development of the global master data governance by establishing and enabling a global master data governance concept that adds value and is accepted by Red Bull Operations globally.

**#DATA QUALITY**
You'll lead the ongoing monitoring and development of solutions to ensure a high level of data quality across the dimensions of accuracy, completeness, consistency and responsibility.

**#DOCUMENTATION & OPTIMIZATIONS**
You'll be responsible for the ongoing documentation of relevant data structures and models as well as the creation of reports and analysis of data quality.

**Your areas of knowledge and expertise**
**that matter most for this role**:

- University degree (FH / University) with business or data-related focus (Information Systems)
- Fluent in English, at least basic in German
- In-depth knowledge of data management, data quality and data maintenance
- Knowledge of master data management concepts and approaches
- Knowledge of master data management systems (MDG, MDM, etc.) is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in a multicultural organization
- Proactive to challenge the status quo and to recommend innovative solutions
- Able to work in a fast paced environment with drive and enthusiasm
