**Your Responsibilities**:
- You manage and develop company-wide HR initiatives
- You are responsible for the overall program framework planning including key metrics
- You coordinate the program related tasks and provide support as required
- You own the program related stakeholder communication and work in close collaboration with functions across the organization and the IBM iX network
- You oversee program deliverables and advise on program related enhancements
**Your Skills**:
- You have a bachelor´s or master´s degree in Human Resource Management, Economics, or any other related field
- You have a positive attitude, eager to learn new things and have good communication and presentation skills
- You are a proactive problem-solver, you love working in teams and can adapt to changes
- You like to work with data and ideally have experience in survey design, management and reporting
- You have a people-centric mindset and experience working in an agile environment
- You are fluent in English (German or Croatian is an advantage)

We offer you a salary above minimum wage in keeping with the market. For legal reasons we would like to state that the minimum gross annual salary set by the collective bargaining agreement (KV) is EUR 36.890.
