**Stellenbeschreibung**
- Konzeption, Planung und Durchführung von (Führungskräfte-)Trainings, Webinaren und Workshops
- Train-the-Trainer Funktion zur Sicherstellung des Wissenstransfers in unsere Restaurants
- Konzeption, Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Trainingsmaterialien, wie auch Kreation von Lernvideos & E-Learnings zur Weiterentwicklung unseres LMS
- Begleitung diverser Change Prozesse und Implementierung von ganzheitlichen Blendend-Learning Konzepten
- Projektsupport in diversen nationalen & internationalen Projekten im Bereich L&D
- Bindeglied zu unseren Franchisepartner:innen, Trainingsverantwortlichen und Restaurant Manager:innen sowie Schnittstellenfunktion zu externen Partner:innen und unseren Kolleg:innen im globalen L&D Team

**Qualifikationen**
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, vorzugsweise mit Personalschwerpunkt, sowie mehrjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Personalentwicklung & Erwachsenenbildung
- McDonald’s oder vergleichbare Restauranterfahrung, sowie auch Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
- Große digitale Affinität (eLearning-Kreation, Webinare) und routinierter Umgang mit MS Office (v.a. PowerPoint und Excel) Basiswissen in Bild
- und Videobearbeitung vorausgesetzt
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Motivierte, eigenständige und selbstbewusste Persönlichkeit mit hervorragender Rhetorik, ausgeprägtem Organisationsgeschick und Empathie
- Basiskenntnisse eLearning Authoring Tools (vor allem Articulate360) von Vorteil
- Leistungsorientierter Teamplayer mit hohem Servicegedanken, professionellem Auftreten und Hands-On Mentalität
- Reisebereitschaft in Österreich 30%
