Workplace Coordinator (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben
Ansprechpartner für den Bereich Workplace Services an einem unserer Kundenstandorte in Wien
Steuerung der erforderlichen Dienstleistungen im Bereich des Infrastrukturellen und Technischen Facility Managements
Unterstützung aller Auftragnehmer vor Ort bei der Sicherstellung und Einhaltung aller erforderlichen JLL Standards und Finanzprozessen einschließlich der Lieferantenverwaltung und Bestellungen
Gewährleistung der Einhaltung aller JLL Standards hinsichtlich Prozessen, Guidelines und Strategien
Identifizierung, Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Möglichkeiten zur Optimierung und Innovation der Serviceerbringung
Sicherstellung der Erreichung der wichtigsten Leistungsindikatoren und Serviceziele
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Arbeitsabläufen, um maximale Effizienz zu erreichen
Organisation regelmäßiger Meetings mit den Ansprechpartnern vor Ort
Proaktives Managen notwendiger Wartungsarbeiten
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung aus den Bereichen Facility Management, Hotel, Gastronomie, Buchhaltung oder eine allgemeine kaufmännische Ausbildung
3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Anstellung
**Kenntnisse in einigen der folgenden Services**: Reinigung; Gebäudetechnik; Corporate Real Estate oder Facility Management
Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse (Wort und Schrift)
Exzellente organisatorische und kommunikative Kenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich)
Selbstbewusste und motivierte Persönlichkeit und Teamplayer sowie die Fähigkeit mit unterschiedlichen Persönlichkeiten umzugehen
Verlässliche und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
