Tasks
- Ensure smooth progression of all projects, achieving deadlines and adhering to scopes.
- Coordinate with various team members and departments for optimal communication and project synergy.
- ️ Handle all aspects of project coordination and implementation, including scheduling, reporting, and document management via clickup and other tools.
- Assist in problem-solving and decision-making within projects, offering creative solutions and enhancements.
- Prepare and lead team meetings, contributing to project strategy development and refinement.

We'd like to inform you that this role requires an approx. commitment of 20 hours per week with future possibility to increase to 25-30 hours per week. If you're based in Austria, we can employ you directly. However, for our team members from other parts of the world, this role would be offered on a freelance contract basis.
