**What you will do**
- As a microbiological expert at the site, you are responsible for all microbiological matters e.g., risk analysis, microbiological monitoring strategies, hygiene concept, hygiene training, cleaning validation, microbiological methods, etc.
- Responsibility for microbiological evaluations as part of sterile product manufacturing (CAPA, change control, deviations, complaints, OOX results, etc.).
- Trending of microbiological monitoring data, establishment and development of trending concepts including definition of actions based on trends.
- Support of the establishment of a microbiological lab.
- Collaboration in the development of the GMP- and ISO- quality management system.
- Creation, administration and updating of quality assurance documents.
- Training of employees to ensure process quality.
- Support during audits and inspections by authorities.
- Lead and/or participate in projects in the areas of innovation and efficiency improvement.

**What you will need**
- Completed scientific/technical education in microbiology or pharmaceuticals, or in a pharmaceutical related field (chemistry, biology, biotechnology).
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar function.
- High level of initiative, high quality awareness and effective communication skills.
- Excellent command of English and German (written and oral).
