At the female factor, we are on a mission to level the playing field for ambitious women globally. As the community program lead, you are the core of the female factor, ensuring that all community-related programs are top quality, directly addressing our community's needs, and aligning with our overall mission.

Tasks
- Managing our community-related programs and making sure they are of high quality, relevant, and beneficial for our community members.
- Being the primary contact person for a variety of stakeholders within our community, including leaders/executives, members, talents, community partners, event partners, etc.
- Representing the female factor on various platforms and events, confidently showcasing our mission and programs.
- Leveraging data and analytics to inform program direction and decision-making, to ensure that the programs are meeting their objectives and serving the community.
- Setting up and maintaining efficient systems for program management and operations, ensuring smooth running and success.
- Working closely with the community coordinator and the VP of product to provide an empowering environment for our community.
- Participating in strategic planning and execution to enhance community engagement and growth.

We'd like to inform you that this role is a part-time position requiring a commitment of 10-15 hours per week. If you're based in Austria, we can employ you directly. However, for our team members from other parts of the world, this role would be offered on a freelance contract basis.
