At the female factor, we are striving to level the playing field for ambitious women across the globe. As our community coordinator, you are both the operational backbone and the friendly face of our community, supporting our members along their career journey.

Tasks

your area of responsibility
- Supporting the community program lead in managing our community-related programs, ensuring they are of top quality, relevant, and beneficial for our community members.
- Being one of the primary contact persons for our community, handling queries, and facilitating communication.
- Assisting in representing the female factor on various platforms and events, confidently showcasing our mission and programs.
- Maintain efficient systems for program management and operations, ensuring smooth running and success.
- Coordinating closely with the community program lead and the VP of product to create an empowering environment for our community.

Please note, the community coordinator role is an entry-level position, but it is a key role in our operations. It requires a hands-on, customer-focused approach, with the ability to balance operational tasks with customer-facing responsibilities.

We'd like to inform you that this role is a part-time position requiring a commitment of 20-25 hours per week. If you're based in Austria, we can employ you directly. However, for our team members from other parts of the world, this role would be offered on a freelance contract basis.
