WIR SIND INTERO TECHNOLOGIES - ein Unternehmen mit Standort in Stralsund und weiteren Standorten deutschlandweit, das sich auf die Unternehmenssoftware Odoo für mittelständische Kunden spezialisiert hat. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams von über 80 Mitarbeitern suche wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Regional Manager (m/w/d).

IHRE AUFGABEN
- Sie sind damit betraut, den jeweiligen Standort auf-/ und auszubauen
- Sie erarbeiten und pflegen ein lokales Netzwerk aus Kunden und Partnern, um die Präsenz der Intero am Standort weiterzuentwickeln
- Sie verantworten die Grundorganisation und einen reibungslosen Bürobetrieb des Standorts
- Sie erweitern unterstützend und gemeinsam mit unserem HR in Stralsund den Personalstamm
- Sie übernehmen begleitend Aufgaben im Bereich Vertrieb und Projektmanagement

IHR PROFIL
- Ausbildung oder Erfahrung im Bereich BWL, Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Berufserfahrung als Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager oder ähnliche leitende Vertriebsfunktionen wünschenswert
- sehr gute Kommunikations
- und Organisationsfähigkeit
- gute betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse und hohes Interesse an IT-Systemen
- sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
- selbstständige, genaue und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
