**Was Sie erwartet**:

- Sie haben die Terminhoheit über den stets ausgebuchten Kalender der Bereichsleitung und managen diesen eigenständig mit Fingerspitzengefühl und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Unterstützung des gesamten Bereichs in organisatorischen Angelegenheiten
- Sie sind die Kommunikationsschnittstelle zu unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern und halten Ihrer Führungskraft den Rücken frei
- Sie unterstützen Ihre Führungskraft mit klassischen Assistenzagenden inkl. der Aufbereitung von Unterlagen (wie z.B. Präsentationen, Dokumente für diverse Sitzungen)
- Sie planen und organisieren Meetings, Konferenzen und Veranstaltungen
