**About the position and our company**:
The Swiss-based Tito & Friends holding group is an owner-managed group of companies employing 200 people in 10 countries. **We are looking for a motivated financial assistant to join our Controlling team for full-time. Based in our headquarters in Vienna, Austria, or working remotely, **you’ll be part of a diverse team that values quality, collaboration, and work-life balance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with internal stakeholders to collect internal financial data, processing it and importing it into the internal financial reporting system.
- Communicate with our external accounting teams, collecting monthly accounting data, processing it and importing it into the internal financial reporting system.
- Assist in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to support decision-making across departments.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- A higher education degree in finance, business administration or related fields is a plus.
- Excellent proficiency with Excel.
- Good analytical skills and a keen eye for details and accuracy
- Excellent English communication skills
- German and Czech are plus
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural team and also work independently in a remote setup.
