Wir suchen zum ehestmöglichen Eintritt eine/n Investor Relations Manager.

Ihre Aufgaben

Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung von kapitalmarktrelevanten Publikationen sowie Weiterentwicklung der Equity Story für den Kapitalmarkt

Inhaltliche Aufbereitung der gesamten Kapitalmarkt-Kommunikation zu Konzernstrategie, finanziellen und operativen Themen (z.B. Geschäftsberichte, Pressemittelungen, Investorenpräsentationen usw.)

Präsentation des Unternehmens vor Investoren und Stakeholdern im In
- und Ausland

Abstimmung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen internen Fachabteilungen inkl. Management Board sowie externen Dienstleistern/Kooperationspartnern

Kontinuierliche Analyse der Aktionärsstruktur sowie deren Ausbau und Weiterentwicklung

Vor
- und Nachbereitung von internen und externen Events (Investorenkonferenzen, Hauptversammlung)

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. Wirtschaftswissenschaften)

Mind. 3 - 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung (Investor Relations, Equity Research, Fondsmanagement, Unternehmenskommunikation mit Fokus auf Finanzmarkt)

Kenntnisse der relevanten Finanz-KPIs, Corporate Finance und des Kapitalmarktes

Hohe analytisch-konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge

Sehr gutes Auftreten und soziale Kompetenz auf allen Ebenen bis zum Vorstand, Teamplayer*in

Präziser, ergebnisorientierter Arbeitsstil mit Bereitschaft zur extra Meile

Reflektiert, schnelle Auffassungsgabe

Exzellente kommunikative Kompetenz in Deutsch und Englisch, sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse
