Aufgaben
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Geschäftsstrategien für Filmprojekte und deren Vermarktung.
- Finanzplanung und Budgetmanagement für verschiedene Produktionsphasen, inklusive der Vorbereitung von Investoren-Pitches.
- Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsmodellen, insbesondere in Hinblick auf neue Medien, digitale Plattformen und Streaming.
- Identifizierung von Finanzierungsquellen und Partnerschaften (z.B. Investoren, Filmförderungen).
- Mitwirkung an der Erstellung von Distributionsstrategien und der Marktanalyse für Filme und kreative Inhalte.
- Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Networking-Events, um neue Kontakte in der Film
- und Finanzbranche zu knüpfen.

Qualifikation
- Studium oder praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Wirtschaft, Business Development, Consulting, Finanzwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich.
- Starkes Interesse an der Film
- und Medienbranche und den wirtschaftlichen Aspekten kreativer Projekte.
- Kenntnisse in der Finanzplanung, Budgeterstellung oder Projektfinanzierung (erste Erfahrung mit Filmfinanzierungen von Vorteil, aber nicht notwendig).
- Analytisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, kreative Ideen in wirtschaftlich tragfähige Konzepte umzusetzen.
- Kommunikationsstärke und Networking-Skills, um potenzielle Partner und Investoren anzusprechen.
- Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit, eigenständig an Projekten zu arbeiten und neue Wege zur Optimierung der Geschäftsmodelle zu finden.

**Optional**:

- Erfahrung im Bereich Startups oder Unternehmensberatung, speziell in der Skalierung von Geschäftsmodellen.
- Kenntnisse über die Finanzierung von kreativen Projekten, z.B. durch Crowdfunding, Filmförderung oder private Investoren.
- Verständnis von digitalen Geschäftsmodellen und Streaming-Plattformen sowie deren wirtschaftlichen Potenzialen.
