- Als Product Manager:in Geräte-Leasing Service bist du für die Entwicklung und Positionierung des Hilti Leasing Services zuständig. Du verantwortest folgende Bereiche:
- ) Strategische Entwicklung des Geräte-Leasing Bereichs in Österreich
- ) Steuerung unseres Solution Selling Teams
- ) Kompetenzaufbau und Support unseres Vertriebsteams
- ) Proaktive Prozessanalyse bzw. Optimierung
- ) Konzepterarbeitung und Einführung von Neuprodukten (Sales Approach)
- ) Durchführung überregionaler Projekte und enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Marktorganisationen im EU-Raum.
- Für die Abstimmung der Strategie und den internen Kompetenzaufbau interagierst Du mit diversen Ansprechpersonen in den unterschiedlichsten Bereichen (wie z.B. WAS DU MITBRINGST:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing und Sales oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Marketing und/ oder Vertrieb
- Ausgeprägte konzeptionelle und strategische Fähigkeiten
- Business Development Mentalität, aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten Netzwerkfähigkeiten
- Sicheres Auftreten sowie hervorragende kommunikative und rhetorische Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Nationale Reisebereitschaft

Das Mindestgehalt bei einer Vollzeittätigkeit für diese Position liegt bei EUR 49.000 Jahresbrutto. Die Bereitschaft zu einer marktkonformen Überzahlung ist selbstverständlich gegeben und richtet sich nach der Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Zusätzlich kommen noch zahlreiche Benefits dazu.
