AOP Health is the European pioneer for integrated therapies for rare diseases and in critical care. To enhance our team in Vienna we are looking for a Business Analysis Manager (global) (f/m/d).

In this role, you will acquire, analyze, and assess pharmaceutical product assets for in-licensing or acquisition as part of the Commercial Excellence Team. You will work in close collaboration with the Therapeutic Area Leads and Business Development and contribute to understand business opportunities.

**What Your Day To Day Will Look Like**:

- Analyze and summarize data for new rare disease pharmaceutical product assets
- Acquire market and product specific data from selected, suitable vendors
- Perform market research in selected therapeutic areas
- Plan, design and deploy appropriate reports and tools
- Work in a cross-functional environment with internal experts ranging from R&D to Market Access

**Your Qualifications and Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, in Business Development, commercial or medical functions
- 3+ years of experience in a consultancy company
- Good understanding of the pharmaceutical market, business cases, and market analysis
- Good understanding of market research methods and processes
- Excellent project/process management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, including communication, and presentation
- Strong organizational skills and cross-functional collaboration
- University Degree (Science, Economics preferred)
- English fluent spoken & written, other European languages are an advantage
