- Role: Part-Time Tech Support Specialist
- Skills Needed: Expertise in computer systems, networks, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), MDM solutions, Microsoft O365 services, and troubleshooting.
- Tasks: Hardware maintenance, providing technical support, operating system setup, solving software/hardware issues, assisting with peripherals, and updating software.

We are a young deep-tech company that creates and produces internationally awarded smart glasses. Our headquarters is in Vienna, where we develop and manufacture both the hardware and the software of the smart glasses. From research & development, engineering, production to marketing and sales - we offer everything from a single source under one roof. This will give you exciting insights into other departments of the company. Although we have our roots in Austria, we are "born global" and work with customers and sales partners all over the world.

Tasks
**Your Mission**:
- Keep our computer hardware in peak condition, ensuring everything operates seamlessly.
- Configure and set up operating systems based on our specific needs, because customization is everything.
- Tackle any software and hardware issues that come your way, with the aim of mínimal downtime.
- Assist in the setup and ongoing maintenance of peripherals, keeping our gear in perfect working order.
**Requirements**:
**What You Bring to the Team**:
- Solid understanding of how computer systems, networks, and peripherals work together.
- Proficiency in multiple operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) - because versatility is key.
- Experience with MDM solutions like Miradore and Samsung Knox, plus administering Microsoft O365 services.
- The ability to troubleshoot both software and hardware issues like a pro.
- A foundational knowledge of network protocols - TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, so you know how the digital world ticks.
