**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
The ongoing professional development of our consultants is very important to us at BCG. As a dynamic and highly organized **Learning & Development Coordinator**, you and the other members of the team comprise an in-house service department that provides our consultants with the best possible training and coaching support in terms of organization and content throughout their careers at BCG.

You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supporting training initiatives for our consultants across Central Europe. You will also join them on site (generally in stints of one week), providing organizational support as a contact person for both internal and external instructors and participants. You'll organize training agendas and ensure smooth travel planning for participants while managing registrations and cancellations. In addition, you'll handle the feedback process, prepare feedback analyses, identify action where needed, and make suggestions for optimization. With comparisons of hotels and ratings, along with the offers and cost estimates you obtain, you will ensure an optimal selection of training locations, hotels, and event agencies. You will also be in charge of checking invoices and independently handling monthly budget controlling and annual provisions, based on which you'll compile solid statistics and reports. Your natural aptitude for working with data will enable you to enter, process, and manage information in our database, PowerPoint, and Excel and to support the preparation of presentations. Finally, you'll act as an interface to other in-house departments (e.g., Recruiting, Staffing, and Career Development) and participate in various internal projects.

**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:

- You have successfully completed professional training—ideally in event management or the hotel industry—or you have a bachelor's degree.
- You also have some initial work experience in the hotel industry, event management, or an administrative capacity.
- You are proficient in the use of MS Office software, particularly Excel.
- Your written and spoken German and English language skills are excellent.

**YOU'LL WORK WITH**:
You'll be part of a highly motivated 14-member team distributed over five countries and comprised of event coordinators and colleagues working on training content. The members of our team are always ready to help one another, and our collaboration is characterized by mutual respect and trust. You will also work closely with the European and Global Learning & Development teams and with local HR teams (especially Recruiting and Staffing); interfacing with them will give you interesting insight into the work of all Learning & Development and HR areas. You'll report to the Central European Learning & Development Lead, who will be there for you during your orientation phase and support you in your professional development.
