**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
As an experienced communications professional and as a leader, you will be part of the communications and marketing team of BCG’s Central Europe region (CE). You’ll manage one to two cooperations independently. You will shape BCG’s external image—vis-à-vis alumni and clients as well as the press and the general public.

You’ll be responsible for a wide range of **marketing and communications cooperations in Central Europe,** focusing on** (media) cooperations** that you will expand on together with your team. You’ll act as the central content and coordinating interface to our external (media) cooperation partners. A large part of this is creatively designing and preparing content for various internal and external communication formats. Finally, your responsibilities include working with others to advance the communication strategy for these cooperations.

**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:

- You have strong communication skills and are able to express complex topics in an understandable way—whether in text or PowerPoint presentations.
- You are a doer who implements projects pragmatically.
- Thanks to your strong communication skills, networking is a matter of course for you, and you know how to achieve goals together with your team members and various internal departments.
- You’re really interested in business topics and the German corporate landscape as well as climate technologies and the start-up scene.
- You capably infuse your storytelling skills into the means of communication at hand, whether drafting speeches or presentations.
- You already have experience with digital communication and social media as well as with different formats such as podcasts and moving picture and video formats.
- You know what a good storyboard looks like and have experience coordinating agencies.
- You are characterized by your organizational skills and the ability to manage several projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
- You think in 360-degree/newsroom terms and know how to prepare content for all channels appropriately for the respective audience.
- You’re quick to pick up on things and always willing to familiarize yourself with new topics.

**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:

- You have a university degree, ideally in business, social sciences, or communications.
- You present confidently in front of managing directors and have the ability to discuss initiatives and drive topics on equal footing with a wide range of stakeholders.
- You have at least one to three years of professional experience in corporate communications, marketing, or at PR agencies.
- You’re proficient in the MS Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Business fluent English and German round out your profile.

**YOU'LL WORK WITH**:
You’ll be part of a three-member team, working together closely with your colleagues in Marketing and Communications in the various CE offices. The team members have different profiles and backgrounds that perfectly complement each other—ideal conditions for advancing cooperations. Your lead will assist you in familiarizing yourself with the company and developing professionally. You will also always be able to draw on the experience of your coworkers.
