**Welcome to the most beautiful workplace in the Kitzbühel Alps**:
The Harisch Hotels are a small but fine collection of privately run hotels and comprise a total of five differently positioned hotels - from international luxury hotels to family hotels. The Harisch Hotel family also includes five restaurants and a bar, which are among the best establishments in Kitzbühel. Almost all of our establishments are located in the Kitzbühel vacation region. This gives us the great opportunity to offer our employees an insight into several hotels or an easy change between the different hotels, restaurants and also a bar. A great opportunity to gain practical experience in both leading luxury hotels and small, family-run establishments. And all this without changing your place of residence.

**What is there to do?**:

- Acquisition of new customers and support for existing customers in the MICE segment
- Continuous market and target group analysis and identification of new and expanded business opportunities
- Development and implementation of sales strategies
- Targeted positioning of the company on markets
- Independent organisation of sales trips and trade fair visits Maintenance and expansion of the customer database

**What should you bring with you?**:

- Professional experience in sales management (preferably in the hotel & hospitality industry)
- Successfully completed tourism or relevant training or studies
- Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a committed and independent way of working and discretion
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- High level of cooperation and commitment
- Confident in using MS Office
- Very good knowledge of English

**We offer a salary for this position based on the collective agreement for the catering and hotel industry in Tyrol. An overpayment is a matter of course for us with appropriate qualifications and will be agreed in a personal interview.**:
