Ihre Aufgaben:

- Strategische Positionierung des Hotel Kitzhof Mountain Designresort auf dem lokalen und internationalen Markt, mit Schwerpunkt DACH
- Betreuung eines bestehenden Kundenportfolios und Akquisition von Neukunden der Segmente MICE und Leisure
- Organisation und Durchführung von Vertriebsaktivitäten
- Aufbau von Leads, Pre und After Sales Aktivitäten
- Aktive
- und selbständige Kunden-/ und Netzwerkpflege
- Teilnahme an internationalen und nationalen Verkaufsreisen, Messeauftritten, Partnerevents und FAM Trips
- Ausarbeitung der Budgetplanung sowie Ergebnisverantwortung, Controlling, Mitbewerberanalysen, Forecasts und Reportings
- Entwicklung von Verkaufsstrategien und deren Umsetzung am Markt

Ihr Profil:

- Begeisterungsfähigkeit
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildungen sowie Berufserfahrung im Salesbereich
- Selbständige, vertrauenswürdige und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
- Hohe Kunden
- und Serviceorientierung
- Verhandlungsgeschick
- Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift, Englisch verhandlungssicher, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse über die MICE-Märkte DACH Region
- Ziel
- und ergebnisorientiertes Denken und Handeln
- Exakte, effiziente und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft
- PKW Führerschein
