**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sie übernehmen die Steuerung und Leitung des Produktions
- und Technologiebereichs, wo Sie für die Führung, Motivation und Kompetenzentwicklung Ihres Teams verantwortlich sind.
- Sie verantworten die erfolgreiche Umsetzung einer dynamischen Wachstumsstrategie mit wesentlichen Handlungsfeldern in den Bereichen Fertigungskapazität und Inhouse-Wertschöpfung.
- Die kontinuierliche Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung aller wertschöpfenden Kernprozesse gehören dabei zu Ihren zentralen Agenden.
- Die Etablierung eines integrierten Monitoringsystems und ein regelmäßiges Reporting an die Gesellschafter runden Ihr Tätigkeitsprofil ab.

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie verfügen über eine Kombination aus technischer Ausbildung und mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld in einer technischen Leitungsfunktion.
- Digitalisierungsaffinität und ein vertrauter Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sowie moderner Office-Software zeichnen Sie aus.
- Umsetzungsstärke, Führungskompetenz und Geradlinigkeit charakterisieren Ihren Managementstil.
- Darüber hinaus gehören ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit (verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch), ein hohes Maß an Engagement und Zielorientierung zu Ihrer persönlichen DNA.
