**Our Tridonic Product Management team: global experts working together to push boundaries and wow the market.**The Tridonic Product Management team consists of 31 experts from Segment management,
- **Brand Marketing** &
- **Communication**,
- **Strategic Pricing **and
- **Business Foundry**, focusing on Segments/Application
- **Outdoor**,
- **Indoor **and
- ** Team Leadership**: You will grow, develop and lead a high-performing product management team (6 directs report/25 experts globally) by fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement within the team. As a strong leader you provide guidance, support and set annual performance targets for your direct reports.
- ** Strategic Product Roadmap**: You are responsible for the product roadmap process and investments to coordinate the innovation funnel and the alignment between the segment teams to shape a leading market offer. Aligned to the roadmap you define the product strategy per segment and geography to achieve the most important goal: an increase in our growth and EBIT.
- ** Product Management Processes**: You streamline the product management process among segment manager, product creation, communication, brand marketing, strategic pricing and partners to ensure efficient communication and collaboration between all teams to guarantee that our products are customer-centric, market aware and delivering business results.
- ** Evaluation & Performance**: You establish and monitor a continuous product success rate and improve key performance indicators (KPI’s) to measure the product success. In order to this you constantly adapt and streamline the product portfolio health, also by competitor benchmarking, value proposition management or key go-to-markets. Moreover you define the pricing strategy and targets on a global level and manage product pricing including cost-roadmaps.
- ** Collaboration & Communication**: You collaborate closely with sales and customer success to understand and address their needs to ensure the economic success of our products. You ensure a consistent product communication which includes product one-sliders and drive business cases with lead customers (for first-to-market innovations).
- ** Innovation & Business Foundry**: You determine the roadmap (18 months forward looking). Additionally you support various Business Foundry-Projects e.g. “Tridonic’s customer digital platform” or “Tridonic partnership program”.
**Ihr Profil**
- You are a **highly experienced Product Manag**er** (7+years) with a successful proven track of successfully leading product management teams and driving product strategies that resulted in significant business growth or a comparable experience within B2B markets, sales, marketing, product management, business development, portfolio management or portfolio development.
- You have a sense for profitability and successful products combined with an inherent passion for the “Product Management” as well as for brand marketing and brand development, technology and the ability to evangelize the same across your team and within the company.
- A **MUST HAVE** is, that you are an **EXPERIENCED TEAMLEADER** (5+years) preferably at a global level - you are a leader, self-driven, high-performing, result-oriented, mature personality with excellent networking skills.
- You have successfully completed a university degree and you are experienced with agile methodologies and product management tools.
- You have strong communication skills, including the ability to distil complex topics into effective presentations at all levels.
- If you have a comprehensive understanding of the lighting industry it is definitely a plus.
