**Your Tasks**:

- Analyze and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Groups Customer Data Hub
- Identify and implement new technologies and AI solutions to optimize business operations
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes and system requirements

**Your Background**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- A proven experience as a Business Analyst, Process Manager or similar, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You are proficient in data analysis tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You are able to work independently and as part of a team
