Business Development Representative

**Your mission**:
The mission of the Business Development Representative at Anyline is to act as the primary contact for prospective clients and develop leads into concrete opportunities. The BDR will focus on territory and pipeline development and will act as a “hunter”.
**What you will do**:
- Proactively** seek new business **opportunities in EMEA.
- You will use a** consultative approach** to understand a prospect’s goals and needs. This means identifying key pain points and building the initial trust that Anyline can help solve those pains, after which you will introduce the sales team in order to start the sales process.
- Be the bridge between Marketing, Sales and Product teams.
- Schedule meetings for events and** attend industry leading shows.**
**Your profile**:
- Experience in outbound sales or related market/business knowledge.
- You speak **English & German fluently.**:
- 1+ year software sales (SaaS) experience.
- Good time management skills are essential.
- Being a skilled communicator, adept at building and nurturing relationships and trust as well as an active listener round off your profile.
**Good to have**
- Salesforce experience would be a bonus.

- ** Compensation**:For this position, the monthly base salary we offer ranges between **€ 2.250,-**/gross and **€ 2.700,-**/gross. The salary is paid out 14x per year, including an all-in contract based on 38,5 hours/week. Your final salary will be in line with your qualifications and experience **This position also includes variable payments on top of the monthly base salary.**
