**Ihre Aufgabe**:

- Der Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) Engineer treibt die RBI-Programme in
**3 Raffinerien als zentraler Ansprechpartner** voran, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf der zeitgerechten Durchführung und dem aktiven Qualitätsmanagement liegt. In dieser verantwortungsvollen Rolle leiten Sie die
**RBI-Workshops** in Zusammenarbeit mit den lokalen operativen Abteilungen. Sie identifizieren und beschreiben die
**Korrosionsschleifen**, definieren die vorherrschenden
**Fehlermodi **und ermitteln das der jeweiligen Anlage zugeordnete
**Risiko.**- Durch die Festlegung von Inspektionsmethoden und ggf. Maßnahmen zur Risikominderung sind Sie ein wertvoller Treiber für unsere
**ZERO Harm - NO Losses** Strategie.
- Sie führen eine
**jährliche Planung** der zugewiesenen Projekte durch, insbesondere im Hinblick auf den Zeitplan und die Verfügbarkeit der Teammitglieder. Ein Hauptziel der Rolle ist es, eine
**gemeinsame Philosophie** für die Durchführung der RBI-Projekte zu gewährleisten. Darüber hinaus stellen Sie die Einhaltung der genehmigten
**Budgets **für die zugewiesenen RBI-Projekte sicher und leiten im Falle von Abweichungen Abhilfemaßnahmen ein. Dies führt nur dann zu einer gemeinsamen Strategie, wenn Sie in der Lage sind, ein starkes
**Netzwerk innerhalb der Raffinerien **aufzubauen und zu pflegen, insbesondere in Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilung Inspektion & Integrität.

**Ihr Profil**
- **Hochschulabschluss **(Master/Diplom) in Chemie, Verfahrenstechnik, Werkstofftechnik, Maschinenbau oder einem anderen relevanten technischen Studium
- Mit mindestens **7** Jahren einschlägiger Berufserfahrung** sind Sie ein Senior Expert in Ihrem Fachgebiet
- Sie sind als guter **Kommunikator **bekannt und haben die Fähigkeit; starke Netzwerke aufzubauen
- Detaillierte Kenntnisse der **amerikanischen Standards **APIs 571, 579, 580 und 581 werden erwartet
- Sie zeichnen sich durch ein ausgeprägtes Wissen über **Verfahrenstechniken **aus - Die umfassende Nutzung von **IT- und 3D-Modellierungstools** hilft Ihnen bei Ihrer täglichen Arbeit
- Sie sprechen **fließend** **Englisch, Deutsch und Rumänisch**
