- Als Sales Delivery Supervisor (m/w/d) bist du ein leistungsstarkes, energiegeladenes Mitglied des Führungsteams in deinem Markt. Du berichtest an den Store/Area Manager in und bist für die einwandfreie Ausführung deines Standorts unter Einhaltung aller Ziele verantwortlich.

What You’ll Do
- Geschäftsverlauf
- Unternehmensleistung: Zu deinem Alltag gehört die Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung, um die Vision, die Geschäftsanforderungen und die Strategien an deinem Standort zu kommunizieren und umzusetzen
- Ständiges Streben nach Verbesserungen: Du bietest eine praktische Perspektive, um den Store Manager bei strategischen und personalbezogenen Entscheidungen herauszufordern und ihm Input zu geben
- Personalmanagement: Zeige einen praktischen Ansatz, indem du die Tesla-Berater an deinem Standort konsequent coachen, schulen und weiterentwickelst
- Operative Exzellenz: Du behälst den Überblick über das operative Geschäft und setzt die geschäftlichen Anforderungen in Maßnahmen vor Ort um
- Tägliches Business: Stelle sicher, dass dein Team in der Lage ist, die wichtigsten Verkaufsziele zu erreichen, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf die Schaffung von Verkaufschancen, die Planung von Probefahrten, die Aufrechterhaltung einer gesunden/aktuellen Pipeline mit häufigen Nachfassaktionen, sowie auch die Förderung neuer Bestellungen und alle anderen Aktivitäten vor der Auslieferung, um reibungslose Lieferungen und hohe CSAT-Werte zu ermöglichen

Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen
- Kundenservice: Du bist verantwortlich dafür, dass alle Mitarbeiter jedem Kunden ein erstklassiges Kundenerlebnis bieten und dass die Zusammenarbeit mit der Filialleitung und dem Betriebsteam bei wichtigen Ereignissen oder Aktivitäten reibungslos abläuft
- Kundenbetreuung
- und Beratung: Bei Kundeneskalationen kannst du schnell und effektiv die Situation bewältigen und unterstützt dein Team bei schwierigen Kundenanliegen, um Entscheidungen im besten Interesse der Kunden zu treffen und gleichzeitig die Mission von Tesla zu unterstützen
- Kostenmanagement: Du unterstützt den Store Manager (m/w/d) bei der Kontrolle der Ausgaben des Geschäfts und schaust für kontinuierliche Bemühungen um Kostensenkungen zu erreichen
- Standort Präsentation: Zusätzlich zu deiner Verantwortung gehört das Sicherstellen, dass die Instandhaltung der Einrichtung und die Präsentation des Ausstellungsraums dem Markenstandard entsprechen

Mitarbeiterengagement und -entwicklung
- Coaching: Kontinuierliches coachen und betreuen von dem Mitarbeiter und die Integration von einer Teamkultur, die du täglich förderst, ist ein großer Teil von deinem Alltag
- Feedback Kultur: Du gibst deinem Store-/Bereichsleiter fundiertes Feedback und Input zur Leistung der Tesla-Berater in deinem Markt, um das Wachstum des Teams sicherzustellen
- Vorschriften und Regelungen: Personalbeschaffung nach Bedarf sowie auch das Sicherstellen, dass sich alle Mitarbeiter an die Tesla-Richtlinien und -Verfahren halten

What You’ll Bring
- Erfahrung: Für diese Anstellung verfügst du starke Verkaufsleistung und Verständnis für das Geschäft und die Produkte sowie auch nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Coaching und Mentoring von Vertriebs
- oder operativen Funktionen
- Sprachekenntnisse: Du bist kommunikationsstark und verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Berechtigt: Du hast eine gültige Arbeitserlaubnis, um in Deutschland zu leben und zu arbeiten sowie Mindestens 2 Jahre im Besitz einer gültigen EU-Fahrerlaubnis
- Flexibilität: Du bist du auch abends und an Wochenenden bereit zu unterstützen
